The DTA has released 'Digital Project Governance Boards – Steering for Success', developed in partnership with the University of Queensland through 25 stakeholder interviews with APS Senior Responsible Officials and assurance providers. The guidance outlines nine principles for effective board operation, covering active decision-making, integration with corporate governance, risk-commensurate composition, and constructive culture. It complements an earlier DTA paper on delivery confidence assessment. Neither the guidance nor the associated webinar addresses AI or algorithmic systems.
